Community Greetings OS ("the Application") is operated by TradeLift Consulting. This application is used to automate community greeting messages and notifications.

The application may process:

• Names of members
• Birthdays
• Wedding anniversaries
• WhatsApp phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Greeting images uploaded by authorized users

How Information Is Used

Information is used solely for:

• Sending greeting messages
• Generating greeting cards
• Community communication
• System administration and troubleshooting

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except where required to provide the messaging services through Meta WhatsApp APIs and Google Workspace services.

Data Storage

Data is stored within authorized Google Workspace services and systems controlled by TradeLift Consulting.

Security

Reasonable technical and administrative measures are used to protect information from unauthorized access.
